A global, industry leading company has an opening for an AP/Payroll Specialist to join their team in Boston, MA. The AP/Payroll Specialist will report to the a Senior Accountant & have a primary responsibility of processing invoices. The AP/Payroll Specialist will also get involved with assisting with payroll processing for 55 employees using Paychex.
Up to $30/hr DOE.
The role requires someone to be local to be the Boston area and will be in the office a few days each week.
AP Experience
- Primarily focused on Accounts Payable (AP); while the volume is not high, invoices are processed immediately, resulting in a relatively fast-paced environment.
- Assist with payroll processing for 55 employees using Paychex, approximately 8-10 hours every other week.
