Responsibilities
- Answer phones and manage AR Aging workbook.
- Process customer billing in ERP system and portals.
- Handle daily deposits and ad-hoc reporting.
- Provide coverage and training for other AR staff.
- Respond to customer and vendor inquiries.
- Associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
