Responsibilities For The Full Charge Bookkeeper
- Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing efforts
- Analytical projects (assisting with research/projections)
- Month end close, Financial reporting: Reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts, close financials and produce month end financial statements
- 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proven career experience working with QuickBooks is required
- Ability to work 100% in office during normal business operating hours
- Minimum Associates Degree in Accounting or Business, Bachelors preferred; or equivalent accounting experience if not degreed
- Proficient experience utilizing Microsoft Excel
