Chief Financial Officer – Medical Practice

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial oversight and operational leadership. This role focuses on revenue cycle management, which accounts for 50% of the organization's revenue, with the other 50% coming from grant management.
- The organization is in the process of building a new facility within the next 18 months.
- The CFO will work closely with the Controller, and a financial team consisting of 10 plus professionals. The finance team includes two grant accountants, a payroll specialist, an AP specialist, and a supply coordinator. The revenue cycle team includes a billing manager, five billers, one coder, and one credentialist.
- This role offers flexibility, with the option for full-time or part-time hours (20-30 hours per week). Compensation is up to $85 per hour, based on experience.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare financial management, with expertise in revenue cycle management and grant management. The CFO will be responsible for driving financial efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting the organization’s growth initiatives.
