About the Role:

The Controller will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions and maintaining the financial and administrative infrastructure of the company. This is a highly visible, hands-on position requiring a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be a key member of the executive team, contributing to strategic decision-making and driving financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee key financial operations and reporting functions.
• Manage financial planning and analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic financial initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and enhance financial controls.
• Manage key vendor and client relationships from a financial perspective.
• Oversee special projects related to financial management.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proven track record of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with relevant financial software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a related industry is highly desirable.
• Experience with international operations is a plus.
