KBW Financial has partnered with a high growth consumer product and services company north of Boston to identify a Controller. This is an in office role (5 days) responsible for all financial operations for the company - reporting to the CFO. Additional details include:
KBW Financial has partnered with a high growth consumer product and services company north of Boston to identify a Controller. This is an in office role (5 days) responsible for all financial operations for the company - reporting to the CFO. Additional details include:
- Oversee and manage all financial operations - accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Implement financial controls and procedures to enhance compliance
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to drive business performance
- Take an active role in the daily operations to ensure financial compliance and proper business structure
- Supervise AP/AR processes including cash receipts, vendor invoices, AR collections, and other related functions
- Deliver timely and accurate financial statements, weekly reporting on operations
- Manage cash flow and projections, ensuring effective cash management
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related
- 5 years of experience in automotive dealership accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Financial accounting software
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations across multiple locations
