The Responsibilities For The Payroll Analyst Will Include
- Assist with the processing of payroll with an emphasis on commissions
- Work closely with sales, accounting and payroll to calculate and pay commissions to sales people in several states.
- Provide commissions reporting, provide analysis, identify trends.
- Work to ensure commission plans are accurate and payroll is being calculated accurately
- Resolve payroll issues with regard to commissions, make adjustments as needed, process improvements.
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Previous experience with payroll and commissions
- Strong data entry skills, ADP, advanced Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and attention to detail
