Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up internal accounting systems for entities and individuals
- Prepare monthly customized personal cash flow and net worth statements
- Monitor and reconcile bank account statements
- Work with key stakeholders to collect tax information and coordinate with tax preparers
- Track charitable contributions and gifts
- Maintain and monitor deadlines for important financial filings
- Prepare investment reports and record activity on a monthly and quarterly basis
- BA degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience handling balance sheets and investment summaries for high-net-worth individuals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy
- Strong discretion, integrity, and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive approach with a strong work ethic
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
