The Sales Finance Manager will partner with the US Sales and Revenue teams, and provide financial insight, build out reporting, and other duties as assigned. The Sales Finance Manager will perform the following:
- Oversee the integrity, implementation, adoption, and growth of the customer profitability system
- Perform in-depth profitability analysis to improve sales performance
- Assist in investment decisions by assessing new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance trade spend, improve promotional effectiveness, and refine pricing strategies
- Offer financial guidance to the sales team, covering budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Help establish annual net sales and trade targets, and track performance to ensure accountability
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure the accurate and timely recording of sales transactions
- Recognize and implement opportunities for process optimization
