The Accounting Manager will report to the Senior Director, and assist with technical and corporate accounting functions. The Accounting Manager will perform the following:

KBW Financial has formed a strategic partnership with a well known organization based out of Worcester County, that is actively looking to add an Accounting Manager to their growing team! The Accounting Manager will report to the Senior Director, and assist with technical and corporate accounting functions. The Accounting Manager will perform the following:
- Oversee and contribute to different elements of SEC reporting
- Act as the main liaison for external auditors
- Spearhead a streamlined monthly financial statement closing process for designated areas
- Create and evaluate monthly journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Take the lead on various technical accounting matters
- Manage non-routine accounting processes and apply technical standards to complex business issues
- Manage global accounting policies, chart of accounts, and internal control documentation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
