- Lead and direct all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations.
- Oversee financial reporting, audit processes, and internal controls.
- Manage and mentor a large finance team (40 staff members).
- Support tax, treasury, and procurement functions, if applicable.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership, including the CFO.
- Experience in large, public companies (revenue $500M ), preferably within SaaS, software, or technology sectors.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and complex accounting operations.
- Strong expertise in technical accounting, SOX compliance, and audits.
- Background in tax, treasury, or procurement is a plus.
