Staff Accountant

A global manufacturing services company located south of Worcester is actively seeking a Staff Accountant for a direct hire. This person will be responsible for general ledger and operational accounting. The Staff Accountant will report to the Accounting Manager.

This will be an onsite role (one day remote after ramp-up period).

Salary for this role will go up to $70k depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements
• General ledger maintenance
• Processing bi-weekly payroll
• AP/AR tracking and processing
• Manage customer invoicing
• Ad hoc project work
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of accounting experience
• QuickBooks experience highly preferred
• General ledger experience/exposure
• Strong attention to detail
