This position is primarily responsible for providing human resources and accounting support including processing payments, assisting with recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and other miscellaneous tasks. This position reports to the Controller and will participate in special projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Manage employee benefits administration.
- Assist with recruiting activities including job postings and interviews.
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support performance management processes and employee relations activities.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting or human relations experience required or a degree.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Compliance regulations and standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently and communicate effectively within a team environment.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exhibit strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
