Tiki Joe’s is a high-energy, high-volume food & beverage operation located at the stunning Captree State Park. Our venue includes a convenience food concession (6am–6pm) and a vibrant full-service restaurant (11am–10pm) featuring live music, full catering, and a laid-back beachside vibe.
This is not your average seasonal gig. We’re looking for a strong leader to oversee day-to-day operations and help us deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests — and a seamless, motivating environment for our team.
Position Overview:
We're hiring an Operations Manager who’s ready to hit the ground running. You’ll oversee the entire food & beverage operation, manage a large seasonal staff, keep the kitchen and front-of-house teams on point, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service — every time.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Direct daily operations of the concession and full-service restaurant
- Lead, train, and manage seasonal staff, creating a productive and positive work culture
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction across all service areas
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, onboarding, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and labor regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, deliveries, and vendor relations
- Maintain spotless facilities, efficient systems, and smooth operations
- Coordinate and execute large catering events and high-volume weekends
- Provide hands-on leadership — from the line to live music nights
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience with catering, concessions, or multi-unit oversight is a huge plus
- Must be available to start immediately and work through October 1st
- Familiarity with modern POS systems and basic financial reporting
- A team-first attitude and the stamina to go from sunrise to last call
