Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of Concession/Restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management, ensuring that our store meets its operational goals while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, experienced leadership in a fast moving environment.
Duties
- Lead and supervise all store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising to maximize sales.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for upper management regarding store performance metrics.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for both guests and employees.
- Utilize POS systems efficiently for transactions.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer service.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a restaurant/concession.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in sales management with a focus on achieving targets.
