- Appliance repair service is looking for a part time office secretary /Receptionist. We are looking for someone with experience for scheduling appointments answering phones data entry following up with accounts as well as helping out ordering appliance parts and looking up parts for walk in customers. Hours will be part time M thru F 12 to 4 .We offer one weeks paid vacation after one year 2 weeks after 2 years .Please have experience with excel office we use theses on a daily basis in are office as well as spread sheets this is one main thing that is required pay depending upon experience. We are a fast pace busy office. We are looking for team players who want to be a part of a growing team and company that is family owned.
- Microsoft office excel experience.
