- :}} Lead and manage key LIHTC developer project tasks including coordination of due diligence, site visits, state agency, HUD, relocation plans and soft funding applications as well as collaboration with internal KCG departments to drive projects forward with effici e
- ncy Assist in the identification and underwriting of multifamily affordable opportunities for project viability and ultimate acquisitio n
- Assist in contract preparations and negotiations of potential proper t
- ies Prepare and present department packages for Investment and Operations Committee meet i
- ngs Research and track key metrics by state to aid in acquisition decision-making, such as Private Activity Bond availability, state credits, soft funds, property tax exemption potential, et c
- . Manage operating and development budgets from the pre-acquisition phase through to transaction clo s
- ing Coordinate and review third party due diligence (i.e. market studies, rent comp studies, appraisals, environmental, Geotech, survey, engineering, architectural, design, marketing,
- etc Responsible for managing properties through the project life cycle using company supported software database (DealP a
- th) Assist in the preparation and submission of both initial and final tax credit applications, HUD submissions and various other financing applicat i
