Excellent opportunity with a growing real estate investment for an entry level finance professional.

The financial analyst will work directly with employees to analyze large asset portfolios.

Duties Include :

  • Reviewing initial diligence, market analysis, perparing cashflow models and pricing analysis
  • Heavy financial modeling, preparing and updating cashflow for multiple projects
  • Pricing analysis and graphing
  • Gathering and analyzing additional pricing data
  • Preparing presentations in poweropint and other programs
  • Ad Hoc reporting & other special projects

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in real estate or related field
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Powerpoint and Excel - advanced
  • Experience with financial modeling and ability to work independently

    • Additional Information :

  • This role allows 1 day per week remote - the other 4 days will be performed in office in Irvine
