Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for aviation maintenance? We are seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to coordinate and manage maintenance activities for our Mobile Repair Teams (MRT) and Remote Hangar Facility. This is a critical role in ensuring our maintenance operations run efficiently, resources are properly allocated, and customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all MRT maintenance events, including operations at our Buckhannon facility.
- Work closely with maintenance teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient task execution.
- Manage and communicate schedule changes with all relevant personnel.
- Oversee transportation logistics for Mobile Repair Teams.
- Coordinate and track the shipping and return of tool sets, including inventory management.
- Ensure timely delivery of parts requests to support maintenance activities.
- Expedite the scheduling and return of reworked components.
- Keep customers informed on work progress and completion timelines.
- Ensure expedited invoicing upon job completion.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts, and inventory.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and adjust schedules as needed.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance operations.
What You Bring to the Team:
✅ Proven Experience as a Maintenance Scheduler or in a similar role.
✅ Strong Knowledge of maintenance processes and scheduling best practices.
✅ Excellent Organizational & Time Management Skills to handle multiple priorities.
✅ Ability to Communicate Effectively with technicians, management, and customers.
✅ Proficiency in Maintenance Management Software and office applications.
✅ Attention to Detail to ensure accurate tracking of maintenance tasks and resources.
✅ High School Diploma or Equivalent (Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field is a plus).
