What You’ll Do :

Perform maintenance, repairs, and alterations on civil aviation aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and industry standards.

Troubleshoot, inspect, and ensure aircraft are in optimal operating condition.

Maintain accurate and thorough records of all work performed.

Stay proficient in the tools, equipment, and techniques required for the job.

Work independently or as part of a team in both hangar and remote locations.

Be willing to travel (50-75%) as part of the Mobile Repair Team, including some weekends and on-call assignments.

What We’re Looking For :

A&P License (Required)

Minimum 3 Years of Hands-On Aircraft Maintenance Experience

Strong Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Skills

Ability to Travel Frequently (50-75%)

Team Player with a Strong Work Ethic

Must Have Required Tool List

Schedule & Benefits :

Hours : 40 per week (includes overtime, on-call, and weekend work as needed).

Per Diem : $100 / day when on MRT assignments.
