Compensation : $65,000 annually

KCM Dynamic Builds is a veteran-owned and operated, ethical, value-driven organization dedicated to providing best-in-class Project Management, Construction, Renovation, and Mold Remediation services to Fortune 200 companies nationwide. Headquartered in DFW, we are a rapidly growing industry leader that prides itself on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to support our continued growth. This is a primarily remote position requiring a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and track invoices to ensure timely processing and payment.
  • Prepare and send professional emails and correspondence to clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Communicate proactively with customers via phone and email to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries to customer sites, ensuring timely arrival and clear communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, projects, and key company documents.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Attend bi-monthly, in-person meetings at the Dallas office.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • High level of personal responsibility and commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Must reside within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
