Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team.

This job would be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00pm until about 10:00pm in Davenport, Iowa. There may be additional opportunities to work on other days.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and presentable. This role is essential in providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, tables, and equipment.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly while ensuring waste management protocols are followed.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.10 - $15.02 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 19 per week
