Overview
We are seeking a Dispatcher for courier service to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while uptating the status of medical deliveries. The candidate will be the liason between our team of couriers, patients and clients in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Coordinate with our team of couriers by tracking, enterting updates and issue resolution.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide timely updates to our team, patients and clients
- Utilize GPS and E-courier for system for tracking deliveries. Communicate
effectively with clients, and internal teams
- Utilize phone systems to manage high call volumes
- Support operations by coordinating logistics
Qualifications
- Proficient in data entry with excellent typing skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with E-Courier and Slack is a plus
- Ability to analyze supply chain data effectively
- Experience working in a data entry and customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of GPS systems and their applications
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Home daily
- Home weekends
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
