Summary:
As an HR Intern, you will support the HR department with a variety of administrative and operational tasks, providing valuable assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR Team.
Document Management: Scan, file, and organize confidential employee documents, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policy.
HR Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate employee records in the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS database and other databases.
Employee Engagement: Assist with employee events or programs, such as wellness initiatives or team-building activities. This includes assisting in the formatting of wellness initiatives, calendars, observances, and HR materials for the field.
Compliance Support: Help ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to, and assist in gathering necessary documentation for audits or reporting.
Miscellaneous HR Projects: Assist with various HR initiatives, including employee surveys, performance reviews, and training programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, related field preferred).
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently and part of a team.
