Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator & Leader for day shift. The primary responsibility of this role will be to create and administer a comprehensive training qualification program with a team of 2 other individuals. They will focus on personnel training, testing, and evaluating for sustainment to ensure compliance with industry standards and all internal SOP’s.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create and administer a comprehensive training program with 2 other individual. They will focus on personnel training, testing, and evaluating for sustainment to ensure compliance with industry standards and all internal SOP’s.
Foster a workplace culture where safety is prioritized, encouraging employee engagement in safety practices and continuous improvement in safety standards
Design and conduct training programs to improve skills and organizational performance
Assess training effectiveness by gathering feedback, monitoring employee performance, and adjusting strategies
Develop, organize, and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and course materials
Create training materials, SOP’s, key points, visual aids, and forms.
Maintain accurate records of training, evaluations
Ensure that all personnel meet the necessary qualifications to perform their roles effectively
Assess candidates' competencies through rigorous testing methods, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
Workplace Requirements:
2 years of proven work experience as a training coordinator, planning, and facilitator
Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate role
Knowledge of learning management systems and tools
Ability to complete full cycle training (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, train, monitor and sustain)
Actively practice and promote safety in all aspects of the job
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that promotes respect and teamwork between coworkers, customers, vendors, and management
Follow ATI policy and procedures
Flexible to work off shift hours to train employees as needed
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
2 Years Planning and Training Experience
Additional Requirements:
Strong reading comprehension, communication, and organizational skills
High level of attention to detail
Proficient in MS office
Must display Leadership, Facilitating, and Teamwork Skills
Willingness and ability to train others
Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours when required
