Our team is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Construction Assistant Project Manager/Coordinator to monitor and coordinate projects from planning to completion. The ideal applicant will have a solid background in the construction management field, with strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluating project plans, specifications and various project documents to plan for procurement of project deliverables
- Provide assistance to PMs in producing and maintaining documentation such as work schedules, progress reports, RFIs, submittals and all communication with stakeholders
- Ensuring and maintaining all city/state construction compliances are being met
- Coordinating and planning operations to ensure deadlines, according to priorities and plans, to guarantee on-time project turnover
- Assisting PMs in verifying work meets quality standards and is compliant to design drawings
- Assisting PMs in obtaining, analyzing and negotiating subcontractor & vendor bids/proposals/requisitions
- Monitor expenditure and ensure project remains within budget
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working as an office coordinator, construction manager or similar supervisory role
- Ability to comprehend construction plans with a good knowledge of standard construction procedures and protocols
- Strong organizational, leadership and problem solving skills
- Must be able to think independently and proactively in high pressure settings
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize task effectively and efficiently
- Ability to work efficiently in both an independent and collaborative setting within a team framework
- Fluency in English is required; multilingual is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Procore construction software is a plus
- Professional licenses, certifications, etc. preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
