About the Role
As a Camp Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our summer day camps. Reporting to the Camp Director, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of camper transportation, scheduling, and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with camp directors and staff to plan and execute daily camp activities
- Ensure safe and efficient transportation of campers to and from on-site programming
- Develop and maintain accurate records of camper schedules and activities
- Collaborate with club staff to coordinate private lesson and junior programming sessions
- Supervise daily swim time and ensure a fun and safe experience for campers
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions in real-time
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain prior to the start of the summer
- Strong time management and leadership skills
