Gutridge is a leading construction and service company offering Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Electrical services to customers in the greater Central Ohio marketplace.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a self motivated Service Coordinator, to perform detail oriented administrative functions all while providing an excellent customer experience.
What will you be doing?
- Answers and directs all incoming calls.
- Billing and Invoicing customers
- Multitasking schedules and dispatches to Service Technicians to meet customer schedules while managing ever-changing priorities and appointment requests
- Fast paced
- Works with Service Technicians to schedule follow-up appointments when needed
- Coordinates and schedules inspections with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for the successful candidate.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
- Ability to adjust actions in relation to customer and vendor needs.
- Must possess a proven record of strong organizational skills and be very detail oriented while working in a team environment.
