Job Details
As a QA Test Lead you will:
- Lead and execute end-to-end testing strategies for Guidewire Policy Center implementations, ensuring comprehensive validation of policy administration processes, rating, and underwriting rules.
- Perform requirements analysis, author functional test cases, and execute test cases while understanding the testable software requirements.
- Apply knowledge in testing tools and automation testing.
- Recommend scope of work for automation testing and plans are in place to implement and execute automation test scripts.
- Execute/maintain automated scripts and troubleshoot/fix. Coordinate the updates with Test Analyst(s) as needed. Defect Management, including logging and reporting of defects.
- Lead testing for Client s transformation initiatives and / or application portfolios.
- Test management, communication, metrics, and status reporting, including identification of risks and escalation of issues to the project team and / or Client.
- Obtain approval from Client for all deliverables as per the defined acceptance criteria.
- Prepare test summary reports for each software release targeted for production.
- Coordinate work with onshore / offshore team members as needed.
