Location: St. Louis, MO (Preferred), Denver, CO, or Charlotte, NC
The QA Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) project within the SDIT team, working closely with both offshore and onshore teams to ensure the seamless integration of product selection and pricing mechanisms.
The objective of the integration between CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Salesforce is to streamline and enhance the product selection and pricing mechanisms for the sales team. By integrating these two systems, the goal is to ensure that sales representatives can efficiently configure product bundles, apply relevant business rules, and generate accurate price quotes in real-time.
Experience Needed:
- Strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) testing.
- Experience with Salesforce, specifically Sales Cloud (non-negotiable).
- Familiarity with NetCracker is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Octane for test cases and defect management.
- Some experience with automation and web service API-based testing is a plus.

- Manage defect tracking and resolution, ensuring data is bridged to JIRA.
- Conduct hands-on testing and provide oversight as needed.
