Job Description
Kearney and Company is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join the team in Alexandria, VA. The Scrum Master role will focus on supporting Product Owners, the Development team, and other key stakeholders in an Agile Scrum format.
Additional duties include :
- Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value increments
- Identifying techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
- Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
- Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed
- Leading, training, and coaching the program in its Scrum adoption
- Planning and advising Scrum implementations within the program
- Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams

The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and / or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
