' The expected salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $140,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Kearney & Company is seeking a highly skilled Oracle OAS Consultant to join our team supporting one of the Federal government’s largest agencies! Duties include but are not limited to:
- Development of reports and dashboards in the Oracle-based Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) financial system Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and IT, to understand report requirements
- Demonstrating excellent writing and communication skills as significant time is spent reviewing report requirements, briefing updates to clients, and supporting the documentation and training for new reports
- Demonstrating strong customer service skills and the ability to work in occasional high-pressure situations with short deadlines
- Directing and reviewing the work of Senior Associates
- Communicating status of project-related tasks to Team Lead and client
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive, relevant OAS or Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) development experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain an U.S. Secret (or higher, such as Top Secret or TS/SCI) security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with the DoD
- Experience developing OAS or OBIEE reports and dashboards in DAI
- Experience working with the DoD
- Experience working with DoD’s Advanced Analytics (Advana) platform
- Highly proficient skills in MS Excel
- Experience with SQL, Python, and Databricks for data querying and scripting
- Experience developing budget and financial management reports.
