Pool Supervisor
The Holiday Inn Kearney is looking for a Pool Supervisor to join our team! The Pool Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a clean and fun environment for guests at the pool in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain pool areas by testing pool levels, checking pumps, and keeping accurate records.
- Maintain a daily cleaning schedule for the pool.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations with staff and guests.
- Hire, train, and schedule pool attendants.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school or equivalent education required.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Lifeguard certification is helpful but not required.
As a Pool supervisor, you will work five days a week and must be able to work on weekends and some holidays. The pool hours are from 8:00 am 10:00 pm every day of the week.
