We will be interviewing qualified candidates for the position of Retail Customer Service Representative at our Retail Showroom at 5046 Rentworth Ct, Lincoln, NE 68516. Our Customer Service platform, strong promotional calendar, outstanding inventory selection, professional pool building expertise, and independent ownership truly set us apart in this market.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales and operations
- Provide a high level of customer service to meet/exceed our customers' needs
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and climb up and down a ladder on a regular basis.
- Communicate effectively both in written and verbal format
- Demonstrate accuracy in entering transactions into our P.O.S. system
- Diligently handle all chemical and water testing products, equipment and samples with care, process accurately, collaborate with Management on results
- Maintain retail store atmosphere by stocking merchandise, organizing and cleanliness of showroom floor and backroom
- Be able to multitask on merchandising, stocking and sales responsibilities

Hours:
This Seasonal position that runs from March to September and requires a 40-50-hour workweek with rotating days off.
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturdays, 9:30 AM to 5 PM.
