Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Real Estate Litigation Paralegal with experience handling complex real estate disputes. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong understanding of litigation procedures, case management, and legal document preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case intake, discovery, trial preparation, and case resolution.
- Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, subpoenas, and other court filings with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Legal Research: Conduct research on case law, statutes, and real estate regulations relevant to litigation matters.
- Discovery Coordination: Manage discovery requests, responses, and production of documents, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
- Client & Court Communication: Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and witnesses to gather information, schedule hearings, and facilitate case progress.
- Trial Preparation: Organize and prepare exhibits, trial binders, witness lists, and assist attorneys in court proceedings.
- Administrative Support: Maintain case files, track deadlines, and assist with case-related administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate-related disputes.
- Strong knowledge of Florida litigation procedures, including e-filing and court deadlines.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing litigation documents.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Experience with legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
