What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions, websites, and data products that meet client needs and project goals.
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries & stored procedures to support applications and business intelligence reporting.
- Build and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, transforming complex data into actionable insights.
- Participate in software and website development efforts, including coding, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting across the full development lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying workflow enhancements, staying current with industry trends, and promoting best practices in development, data management, and user experience.
- Support CRM implementations and integrations (e.g., HubSpot), assisting with configuration, data migration, and user adoption strategies.
We’re looking for someone who has:
We are currently looking for an entry-level professional to join our Outsourcing IT team in either NYC or Iselin, NJ with experience in data analytics and programming with a technical business background.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, MIS, software development, business or related fields
- 0-2 years recent IT experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
- Final Graduation of December 2024 through September 2025
- Experience with Python, Power BI, Javascript, and SQL a plus
- Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)
- Strong MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between $60,000.00 and $78,000.00. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
