About the Role:
This position is responsible for managing inventory, preparing shipments, and delivering products to job sites, and operational efficiency. The technician will also be tasked with maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and equipment is in good working order. Ultimately, the Warehouse/Driver Technician is essential in bridging the gap between our warehouse operations and field operations, ensuring timely and accurate service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
- Previous experience in a delivery or transportation role.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Drive company vehicles to deliver products to customers and other locations as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including proper storage of materials.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve delivery processes.
Skills:
