Key Responsibilities

• Proactively seek out and identify potential clients interested in building custom or semi-custom homes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' needs and present tailored homebuilding proposals.
• Educate clients about Keel Custom Homes' processes, timelines, and expectations during the home-building journey.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure seamless transitions from contract to construction.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
• Act as a brand ambassador at local events and community activities.
• Maintain contact with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong sales or customer service background, preferably in the homebuilding or real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A client-first attitude with the ability to understand and address client needs.
• Knowledge of the custom homebuilding process is a plus.
