Lead the financial planning and analysis process for the Keel.
- Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes including full financial statement requirements.
- Develop and maintain indirect rate structure of the company.
- Partner with departments in developing annual indirect budgets.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.
- Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
- Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop models to assist in evaluating potential acquisitions to support company growth initiatives.
