This is a full-time position, with the hours being Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm. The annual salary for this position is $60,000-$100,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the customer and the automotive technicians clearly communicating customer concerns.
- Provide detailed descriptions of vehicle issues, service requirements, and potential solutions to customers and technicians.
Qualifications:
- Although not required, a strong knowledge of automotive technology is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage customer complaints gracefully.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of efficiently managing multiple needs at once.
