KeenLogic is seeking an experienced Graphic Design Production Assistant to join our House Creative Services team on Capitol Hill at the U.S. House of Representatives. HCS is dedicated to providing seamless production support to meet the needs of House Leadership, Members, Committees, and administrative offices.
We are looking for a candidate with a background in graphic design and multimedia content creation to support communications, branding, outreach, and social media campaigns. A successful candidate will also have a proficient understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite. We welcome applicants who are recent graduates or early in their graphic design careers.
This is a hybrid position, with Mondays and Fridays primarily remote, though candidates must be willing to go on-site as needed. The work hours are 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM. This is a full-time role offering Fortune 500-level health benefits, PTO, 401k, and a monthly travel reimbursement.

Candidate Specific Requirements :
2 years of experience in a photo and print production environment, supporting graphic design, branding, and multimedia content creation for communications and outreach initiativesKnowledge of optical and digital photographic imaging principles and proceduresUnderstanding of layout, document formatting, and setup for printingStrong conceptual and creative thinking skills, as well as a solid knowledge of typography, color theory, design systems, and layout principlesArtistic ability to determine cropping, density, color, contrast, saturation, and formatting of digital photographic imagesProficiency in operating computer hardware and software to produce high-quality photographs and graphics for productionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro DC, and InDesign; understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud is preferredStrong communication skills, both oral and written, with elected officials, senior staff, IT professionals, and non-technical usersAbility to work additional hours as necessaryMust be able to secure and maintain a Federal Government security clearance as deemed appropriate by senior managementJob Duties :
