KeenLogic is seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team at NYC Department of Social Services.
The Quality Analyst will work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate the building of applications. The successful candidate will support application development to include but not limited to initiating, implementing, test cases, providing management and reporting.
Tasks & Duties
- Initiate and implement testing
- Identify user stories and translate them into Test cases as required
- Create Test cases vs. RTM Matrix against the user stories to support application development
- Ensure that the application development is according to the quality assurance standards
- Execute Integration test cases covering all integration points with other applications
- Coordinate defect triage calls with design and development team.
- Coordinate with UAT team on UAT test strategy, and UAT test data.
- Coordinate UAT defect triage calls with UAT team
- Help team with performance testing
- Identify test automation scenarios
- Facilitate Postproduction verification for various releases
- Provide Management Reporting and Information dissemination
- Analyze and document current systems and processes as currently implemented.
- Make recommendations for improvements based on client feedback
- Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time
- Managing QA team activities - QA effort estimations, task allocations, creation of QA status JIRA dashboards and reports, facilitating QA signoff on meeting the defined exit criteria
