Keen Search and Staffing has partnered with a reputable company in the Woodlands TX area in search of a Senior Accountant. This role is onsite Monday - Friday. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of accounting within the manufacturing or construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Have a comprehensive understanding of business operations, financial processes, and the overall accounting system.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial accounts and recommend solutions.
- Execute month-end closing procedures, including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with ad hoc financial and accounting tasks as required.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3 years of accounting experience within the manufacturing industry
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- NetSuite experience is a huge plus
