In this role, you will be responsible for managing the biweekly payroll processing for approximately 200 employees. The ideal candidate has extensive payroll experience, expertise in payroll systems, and advanced Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Process biweekly payroll for 200 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including wage adjustments, deductions, and benefit contributions.
Utilize payroll systems such as Paychex , ADP , or Kronos to execute and manage payroll processes.
Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
Prepare and present payroll reports and summaries for management review and compliance audits.
Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Stay informed about and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Apply advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas) to analyze payroll data and generate reports.
Qualifications :
At least 10 years of experience in payroll administration.
Proficiency with one or more payroll systems, including Paychex , ADP , or Kronos (link removed)>
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., data analysis, formula creation, and troubleshooting).
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
Knowledge of payroll-related audits and reconciliations.
