We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Director of Human Resources to join our vibrant school community in the picturesque Monadnock Region. As a key leader, you will support approximately 1,000 employees, retirees, board members, and volunteers, all committed to our mission of educating the next generation.
What You'll Do
As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce that drives our educational success. Your responsibilities will include:
Training & Development: Provide ongoing professional growth opportunities for all staff.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Labor Relations: Ensure effective communication and collaboration with labor unions.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Attract, select, and integrate top talent into our school community.
Classification & Salary Administration: Maintain fair and competitive compensation structures.
Compliance: Uphold Title IX of the Civil Rights Act and ensure safety and equal opportunity employment. Advocate for consistency and quality working environments in all forms.

Salary Range is $90,000-$135,000 based on experience.
