Director of Human Resources

Overall Responsibilities: The Human Resource Director, working under the direction of the Superintendent of Schools, exercising self initiative and good judgment, in accordance with all federal, state, and educational laws and regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and within the philosophy, standards and goals set forth by the District, will plan, organize and manage the human resource function for the District Reports to: Superintendent of Schools 260 Days Benefits: Health/Dental/Life Insurance, personal, sick, retirement

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
