What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Director position at Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority?
Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Director. Qualified candidates will have at least 5-7 years in a supervisory level human resources role, excellent written and oral communications, as well as knowledge of and experience in labor law, regulations, and policy development. Outstanding organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills are imperative.
In addition to the above, our ideal candidate will hold an HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) and have nonprofit experience as well as exposure to unionized workforces.
This is a full-time, exempt, position.
A Valid Driver's License and Personal Auto Insurance required.
