What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dining Room Server Assistant/Runner position at Keeneland Association Inc?
Assist the server in servicing customers in public and private dining rooms and special events. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Must be available 9:30am-7p.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist server by refilling beverage and ice tea glasses.
Pull dirty dishes from tables and resetting them.
Stock service stations with ice, linen, water and iced tea glasses, coffee mugs, monkey dishes, condiments, creamers and silverware.
Use large bus tub for stocking extra ice, use small bus tubs for dirty dishes.
Maintain trash cans- one for trash cans and the other for dirty linen.
Clean and reset tables.
Clean spills using mop from dish room.
At the end of your shift, clear all tables and reset for the next day.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more.
Must be able to reach, lift, stoop, bend and clean service areas. - Must be able to take direction from other employees.

A Kentucky Horse Racing Commission license is required for all track workers. This will be provided to you on behalf of Keeneland upon hire.
