Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to develop and execute a social media strategy that drives engagement, growth, and brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and content creation in the consumer brand and beverage space.
As the Social Media Manager, you will take full ownership of our social presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. You'll lead a growing team of content creators and strategists, coordinate campaigns, and be directly responsible for making Barcode a must-have product in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Content Calendar Management – Oversee and execute a content calendar for all social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Twitter/X).
- Campaign Coordination – Lead the creation and execution of social media campaigns, including influencer collaborations and paid ad strategies.
- Team Management – Build and manage a team of content creators, designers, and strategists to execute the brand vision.
- Engagement & Community Growth – Monitor social media channels and engage with the community to foster brand loyalty and audience growth.
- Performance Tracking – Analyze social media performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
- Influencer Partnerships – Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors who align with Barcode’s brand identity.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the consumer brand or beverage industry.
- Proven track record of growing brands through strategic social media campaigns and influencer partnerships.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms (especially TikTok and Instagram).
- Experience with social media ad platforms and paid campaign management (Meta, TikTok, Google).
- Ability to manage creative teams and work collaboratively with designers, content creators, and external partners.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and adapt strategy to meet KPIs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
