Position Overview: The Roofing Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales for roofing projects. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct property assessments to determine roofing needs and provide accurate recommendations and solutions.
  • Sales Presentations and Consultations:
  • Meet with potential clients to present Keep Dry Roofing LLC’s services, explain product options, and provide detailed project estimates.
  • Customize roofing solutions based on client needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Contract Negotiation and Closing:
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring a smooth transition to the project management team.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up with clients post-installation to address any issues and gather feedback.
  • Market and Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products to effectively position Keep Dry Roofing LLC’s services.
  • Continuously update knowledge on roofing materials, techniques, and best practices.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
